An apparently drugged Nigerian man has been arrested in Thailand after he stripped himself naked and lay on the road.
A number of factors could have led to this young man's behaviour (Thaivisa)
According to Thaivisa, the Nigerian who is a businessman, was must have taken drugs or Marijuana and was actually acting under the influence of something as he was speaking incoherently by the time the police found him near the Sam Sian Elephant Museum.
The officers reportedly put him on the sidewalk but he was not able to make any sense, so he was taken into custody at the Samut Prakan Police Station where investigations were underway to find out more about him and if he is in the country legally.
